Hi ,
We signed up for plusnet premium broadband last week , should be up and running soon.
But I notice lots of people on the forum talking about plusnet pro , I am proberly being totally thick , but I can't see any pricing for the pro package anywhere.
Could anyone tell me how much it is per month as we might upgrade in the future.
Cheers
Paul.

Ok forgive my ignorance , but I have just managed to check the price for the premium broadband , and it states £11.99 , then £19.99 after the 1st 3 months.
The price for the Pro broadband on the link you supplied also states £19.99
I am confused now , obviously the pro is better than the premium so why am I seeing the same price for each?
Cheers
Paul.

Premium gives you 80GB but it's traffic managed. Pro gives you 20GB but that's without traffic management restrictions.

Arhh ok thanks for clearing that up Bob.
Think I usually use over 20gb per month so best stick with what we signed up for.
Just out of interest , if you are on the pro pack and go over your 20gb what happens?
Oh and the "free usage between midnight and morn" thing , does that mean it doesnt count at all off your 20gb of usage?
Sorry for the thick questions , just want to be clear

You get charged £5 for a 5GB chunk
Free usage isn't counted towards your allowance

Cheers for the info oldjim.
In light of the new details it sounds like a pretty good option to me now.
May change to pro after a month depending how we get on with the premium.
Cheers
