Hi there
Does the Pro Add-On increase upload speed?
My current upload speed is 450kb/s which I require to about 100kb/s.
Is there a way to increase my upload speeds?
Having a look at you upload speed page here:
http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/upload_speeds.shtml
shows a service called Max DSL Premium which operates at 830kb/s.
How do I get this service?

Pro doesn't increase upload speeds but do have a look at the info here regarding max premium and how to request it:

No it doesn't
The first question is whether you are on 20CN or 21CN so is 21CN available at your exchange http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/
If it is then you can have the upload uncapped with no charge
If it isn't then there is Max Premium but this costs £7.83 per month https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?wizard_id=20

The "Pro" add-on does NOT increase upload speed.
If you are on ADSL then you can increase your upload speed with Max Premium, follow the link here - Max Premium sign-up @ £7.83/month
If you are on ADSL2, then you can ask the staff reading this thread to uncap your upload speed (for free).

If you are on the old "up-to" 8Mbps ADSL, you could check SamKnows Broadband Availability,
to see whether your line is capable of 21CN "up-to" 24Mbps, or whether FTTC fibre is available.
