Plusnet Portal - High Speed Broadband - Current Line Speed

A while ago I had an ADSL faceplate fitted and noticed the router sync speed increased to 11649.  But speedtest results seem to be stuck at around 9.7M,  I have checked on the BT speedtest and it says
Download speed achieved during the test was - 9.32 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 10.28 Mbps
And on the plusnet portal under High Speed Broadband it says
Estimated line speed:
    There's no speed estimate currently held on your account.
Current line speed:
    9.8 Mb
What is this 'current line speed'?

current line speed is the profile set on PN -Should be the same as BT profile -with a synch of 11649 your BT/PN profiles SHOULD be 88.2% of synch speed ie 10274,so BT is right -PN have just not caught up yet.

Hi cjags, just updated your profile to 10200 to match the BT side of  things, hope that helps.
