Plusnet IP profile shows strange result

My profile on Plusnet shows as,  
Current line speed:
   7.15 Mb      ( I wish it was)
Speed test  is   Today 08:31 3479 kbps (435kB/s) 366 kbps (45.8kB/s)
BT test  is  Download speed achieved during the test was - 3.71 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 1.2 Mbps-4 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 3.78 Mbps
Something out somewhere?
Should have added  the speed test result is what I have been getting for ages .

Hi anniesboy,
Not sure what happened there, it seems (from what we can see) that a delta report of 7150 was received on your line from the 19th though this isn't shown on your profile records on BTs side. I've altered your profile on our side manually to match it, there's no errors on our suppliers systems and the profiles are matching across the exchange kit so not sure what happened there. We'll keep an eye out for more occurrences but please let us know if you spot it again.

Odd. That report from the 19th is now showing as being for a sync rate of 4288, and the profile is showing as 3783 currently - that looks right as far as that page goes, weird that it's changed though. I can't see any conflicts, and will match that 3783 profile - not sure what we can do to speed it up any though.
