Plusnet IP profile not following sync speed - REF 82780699

Hi Guys @ Plusnet.
I've logged a ticket about my IP profile being slightly out (less than 1Mb). Could someone set it to the sync speed or slightly higher.
On my Plusnet portal my line speed is reported as:
Current line speed:
70.4 Mb
On BT's system my sync speed is reported as:
IP Profile for your line is - 71.24 Mbps
