Plusnet IP lower than BT Speedtest IP

After a a few problems while I've been away on holiday ie no internet light on router which Adam help sort out last Thursday which my son was very grateful as he got back online after 5 days of no internet.
At that time my line IP dropped to 50.6 but has gone backup to 55.06 on the BT speedtest (see below) but is still stuck at 50.6 on Plusnet members centre. Any idea if and when the Plusnet IP will catchup with the BT profile of 55.06 as when it dropped it was simultaneously on both sites.

Re: Plusnet IP lower than BT Speedtest IP

Hi there,
You profile is now matching your IP profile, so you should now see an increase. Let me know if that's not the case.
