Plusnet IP Profile

Hello
I always getting sync rate of 15026 for more than 13 days as I try re-connected three times but the ip profile on plusnet still stuck at 12.7Mb as my BT speedtest showed as ip profile of 13.26Mb,
Can Plusnet match BT IP Profile 13.26Mb on Plusnet side please
