Plusnet IP Profile update required please

Hi...
My BT Wholesale IP Profile is currently at 2 Mbps ...but my Plusnet IP Profile is still stuck behind at 1.5 Mbps Sad
( Please see attached screen shots, dated from today, July 14th )
Also my router has now been continuously sync'ed, at 2315 kbps, for 6 days and 22+ hours.
But still no automatic ( Delta report ) Plusnet IP Profile update has come.
Please can you guys at Plusnet manually nudge my Plusnet IP Profile to match my BT Wholesale IP Profile.

Your line has recently been updated to ADSL2+ but it was set incorrectly on our end so we weren't receiving updates for your line.
I've changed your profile and sorted this out so the updates will happen automatically.
