Plusnet IP Profile stuck

Could someone from plusnet adjust my plusnet line speed profile to match my bt ip profile plusnet profile appears to be stuck .

seems to be the normal for me lately with stuck profiles, mine is stuck again.

Mines been stuck for the past 24 hours sometimes it updates within an hour or so .

Hi there
I've just updated our profile to match the BT profile
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect your PPP session you should see a increase
