Plusnet Connection Speed vs IP Profile

Heya,
Just wondering if these numbers match up?
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.42 Mbps
Current line speed:
70.4 Mb
The one seems a bit low for the other - Plusnet are taking about 10% of the connection via their system at the moment, is this normal?
