Plusnet Broadband speed compared to my 3G dongle

I renew my 3G dongle ( backup) mobile broadband access every 80 days to keep it current.
Plusnet is always around 19mb/s
Yesterday, the 3G dongle ( Samba using 3 network ) gave a respectable 2mb/s
This is in an area with poor mobile reception.

Re: Plusnet Broadband speed compared to my 3G dongle

Three do seem a lot better than they used to be in terms of coverage. There was a time where even in larger towns the coverage was poor whereas now the only places I've had problems is in some small villages. Here at home I get between 2 and 3Mbps on my Three dongle meanwhile Vodafone can barely manage EDGE and O2 gives 1Mbps.
I don't know about you, but I buy the 3 month SIMs from Amazon, which works out cheaper than topping up the old SIM.

I bought 3 of the 3 SIM's from Amazon as backups a while back, not used them yet, but I get "free" MB's from Samba, by watching a few adverts in the background, on another browser.
I used to "watch" 5 at a time, but they've stopped that now, now you can only watch one at a time.
