PlusNet direct debit - new fees

How am I getting an email today saying this months PlusNet debit will be the usual £11.49 for the 3Gb I have when I had an email on 6th August saying it would now be 2Gb + 1Gb = £9.99 + £1 = £10.99
I'm sure there's a reason for it

Re: PlusNet direct debit - new fees

I seem to have the same problem.
I am supposed now to be on £9.99 (with 2GB included) plus an extra 2 GB at £1 each = £11.99 but am still being charged at the old price of £12.24.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

I to had the same problem.  I raised a ticket and was told it was indeed an error and I would be receiving a credit on my next payment.

Re: PlusNet direct debit - new fees

I've updated all your accounts, it seems that the usage was trying to charge the wrong amount. For example if you had 4GB of included usage it was charging for an extra 3GB instead of 2GB.
I've taken a note of your username and will get this investigated as a problem if I see any more examples.

Re: PlusNet direct debit - new fees

I have got the same problem. £9.99 + £2 for 4GB = £11.99 less referrals £2.50 = £9.49 but I have been charged £9.74. Only 25p over but it all adds up. Should I raise a ticket?

I've fixed it manually for you and raised an internal problem to find anyone else affected by this.

Re: PlusNet direct debit - new fees

I have the same problem.
I'm on Option 1 with 3GB included. Should be £9.99 + £1 = £10.99. I am being charged £12.49.
This is from "My Account" on the portal.

Hiya,
I've just fixed this for you.
I've also put a discount on your account to account for the extra amount that you have been charged.

Re: PlusNet direct debit - new fees

Cheers James, but aren't I still being overcharged?
My Account now says;
"28/08/2008  BP00569140  PlusNet Broadband Your Way Option 1 with included 3GB bandwidth  £11.99(monthly)"
Surely Option 1, at £9.99, comes with 2GB . The extra 1GB costs £1 pre-paid. That makes.............................£10.99(monthly.
Or am I missing summat?
