Hi Guys,
Turned out we had a problem. Our portal servers were intermittently failing to talk to our session servers, hence the sporadic nature of this problem.
Should be fixed now. Let us know if yo uare still seeing problems.

It ain't fixed then - look at the original posting time on Moose's post when he was still having problems. He added the "OK ..." when he edited the post (I was on the forums then and saw the change made).

Ok. The last occurrence of the problem we've seen was at about 23:50 last night. One of our engineers fixed the issue just after then and reported on it at 00:20. That seems to fit better with the scenario about
We are still looking though, as we've obviously got something a little sinister occurring here

Portal log in problem has returned. Can't get no matter how many times I try.

Seems fine here this morning.
I'll merge this into the other thread as Kelly states they are still seeing intermittent problems, and are still investigating.

Just failed

Then closed Firefox and restarted - worked correctly with the same code as the first failure
