PlusNet Portal Failure - ongoing problem.

PlusNet Portal Failure - ongoing problem.

Tried to log in to the PlusNet portal - http://portal.plus.net/index_nlp.html?home=membercentretop
But got "invalid username/password"
I phoned support, who tried my login/password from the support centre - where it also failed.
I have full internet access (except the portal), I can even access my webmail with this password.
Since my router also uses this password successfully, I assume it's just the Plusnet portal.
The CSR suggested I ring back in a couple of hours (about 2 hours ago) - but since I can't raise/view tickets I thought I would try bypassing this mechanism.
This isn't urgent - but I can't use any portal features.

I've had problems before where you can't log in, which have been fixed quite quickly. Is this still a problem for you now?

the fix of which was what broke Metronet logins this morning. This problem has been upgraded back to a P1 and a developer is looking at it.

When I look at the above link it says that the problem has been "downgraded".

Fix for that problem is in testing now and should be live soon.

Make shoure that you tipe your Password & Username in the same Case, so for example if your Username was:
ben & you put Ben then it will fail.
Have you changed your (Password)? if yes try your old one.

Had it for the last 3 days and still the same today. I think the portal is having a wobler as last month my usage was 0 for one day even when I was on all day. My IP profile can change from 2 pm to 9 pm. One day it was 4meg at 2 pm th enext day it showed 2 meg and at 10pm it was back to 4meg
