PlusNet Day One connection issues.

Hi All,
I have had my fibre broadband installed 3 hours ago by Openreach engineers and we ended up with Internet light being RED. Since they left I've followed all troubleshooting steps available. I even tried to call 08004320200 but was told to wait 45 min so decided to disconnect. Plusnet and openrech boxes connections checked - please see the image. it's connected to my PC through ethernet cable. Plusnet Assist installed and used, it's sending me to the phone customer service ;( What else can be done? Cheers for help.

Hi pabloeldiablo,
I've just checked your account and can see that we had not received a notification back from the engineer to confirm that the installation had been a success, therefore, your account had not yet been activated. I've checked the order manually which is now showing as complete.
I've activated your account which should now allow you to authenticate without any problems.
