Plus net line speed

My connection speed ha been 2880 and my BT proflle 2.54 since 6.35pm tuesday
for some reason Plus Net line speed has been stuck on 1.9 instead of the correct 2.5
Can someone please sort it out

If this statement is correct, can you please revisit the justification for removing the portal link to the 'current speed' - "It is no longer needed because the problem of the PN profile not updating has gone away, thereby dispensing with the need for the link to this information".

I think you misunderstood what they meant by "gone away". They mean they couldn't care less if updates don't happen and they don't want the issue of dealing with instances where it doesn't update so it's better if the user is prevented from finding out.

The link for current line speed is still shown under "speed faults-information needed to help diagnosis" 23/1 14
and is still showing current line speed 1.9mb on a connection speed of 2880  as stated previously this should be
2.5 in line with the BT profile of 2.54.

It's the removal of the official link in https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myconnection&?membermenu=connectionsettings we are unhappy about.

@jelv    Yes I have read the item and agree it should not have been removed.
