Plus net Line speed

My connection speed is  2944 and bt line profile 2.6 the plus net line speed has been stuck at 1.9 for
the last four days please update.Thank you

I've increased that for you now.
If you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect you'll pick up the new profile.
