Hi,
I am unsure what there is progress on this ticket?
We've placed an order to have your upstream uncapped and Interleaving turned off. This generally takes 24 hours to complete, but may take a little longer given the Bank Holiday period.
Please let me know if there is anything further I can help with.

It's a change that needs to be made by our suppliers and due to the Bank Holiday, may take a little longer.
