Please update my current line speed

If there's anyone in over Christmas, please can you update my current line speed. Its set at 1.3 and has been stuck there for over a day, despite BTW having increased my IP profile to 2.04 - results attached (possibly - can't get the attachments to load as I'd expect them to!)

It's unlikely your post on here will be seen - I suggest you ring in or use chat - looks like there's very few queuing on the phones at the moment.

All sorted now, current line speed raised to 2.3 to match sync rate, thanks. And only a 5 min phone call to get it done; who'd have thought not many people would be ringing in on Chritmas Eve? Grin
