Please test my line?!

Hi,
had fibre installed last week....just a little bit worried about line speeds...everything PN have said points to my being able to receive 77down 20 up...
Estimated line speed:
77Mb (Accurate to within +/- 1Mbit) - Checked on 2013-03-27 09:10:04
Current line speed:
78 Mb

but I ran a check yesterday (wired, direct from PC..nothing else connected)...and I'm only getting 20 down & 20 up..
Which, to be fair, compared to the standard Broadband i was getting @ 0.25 down & even less up, is a vast improvement..but not what I'm paying for....

any suggestions

I've just checked over your account and can't see any obvious issues there so let us know when you've done the speed tests.

Ran the test...said 38down, 8up
no problems, I'm happy with that...
Maybe I just ran the 1st test during peak times!  Embarrassed
