Please please please sort the speed issues out.
It's now been around a week, and i'm getting so frustrated.
I went to the bbc i-player page, and it said I needed to install the new Desktop player, and that I had to install adobe air too. It started the adobe air download in a small java/flash window, and it's taking god damn ages. 10 minutes later, and it's around 30% done.

I took a screenshot of the page, and went to upload it to photobucket, but after 5 mins of trying to load photobucket.com, it's still not loaded the page fully. I can RDP to a server at work via SSL VPN, and the page loads fine, so it's not the site having problems.
