I've been trying to get through to the broadband team for about 4 weeks now to cancel as I've moved out and do not need to transfer. Not managed to speak to anyone!! I've now cancelled the Direct debit and now getting emails and texts from Plusnet demanding payment. I've tweeted, direct messaged on FB and all possible media platforms.... Any ideas anyone?

And I suggest you copy it, and send it Recorded Delivery with tracking/signed for so you can use it as evidence if they say that they did not receive the form.
