Please increase IP Profile of line

Hi. I have just joined Plusnet and the broadband has been active for about 2 weeks. The speed I'm getting is 6.4mb/sec but when I was with BT this was 8.8mb/sec.I can only assume the IP profile is set lower. Please could you reset for me?

Your IP profile is dependent on your sync rate so we can't increase it remotely.

Can you report a fault here and we'll get that looked into.

In the past the IP profile has been reset by the support team in this forum. Can you check that I'm definitely on a ADSL2 product? Current sync rate on router says 8096kbps

We'd only reset the line if there was something holding back your speeds.

With your line this isn't the case.
