Please help, the DLM has been unleashed again on my line since contract renewal!

Blasted thing is a nightmare, a week or so ago it forced a restart of my line with the target snr reduced from 6 to 3db apparently because I had been up for 60 days.......

Now at night the error rate is so high I cannot get any service without forcing a line restart myself, at this rate I will be back in the loony bin in no time!

 

The DLM used to be locked at 6dB for many years to stop it messing around, could you please re-instate the lock.
