Hi, I'm going through a house move at the moment. It was delayed due to the previous occupant not canceling their connection before moving out.
The line is supposed to be clear today and the activation should be going ahead. There has been no change to my status in my "Move my ADSL" section of the member centre and the only thing posted on my current question today is that my request has been returned to the BOT AGAIN!!!
Please someone help me out here, I need my broadband for work and have already waited 10 days just to get a clear line.
The ticket number is : 22662485
I would be grateful for any help or information I can get!

Are you not feeling BOT BOT BOT?
I've just been on the phone to BT and they're showing the line as now being clear, so we'll get the order placed for you as soon as possible.

Thanks for the swift response, it's a shame the "My Questions" service isn't as efficient as just coming on the community forum and posting a thread!!!
Wow, first it was the 5th, then the 10th, 12th, now the 14th! not your fault I know, I just wish BT would sort this system out to be a little more time efficient.
