had bt engineer around today, he did all the line test. he said i should be getting around 54mb. he said he couldnt figure out why i wasn't getting that speed. so the engineer said it could be the router. but i think my ip profile needs to be change that all. please can some look into this thank you.
update I've tried two routers plusnet and bt home hub 3. I'm getting the same speed from both routers around 27mb.
