Moved to plusnet from BT this weekend - same problems here.
Router needed a factory reset before I could bypass the Account set up page - had someone else's username attached.
Having spent the last two days checking things, using Macbook air, I find that certain pages are ok, but I can't access iplayer, Netflix - or the BBC weather page!
Also the BTwholesale speed page won't load… so tricky to test speeds just now.
Smart TV also having problems with Netflix and inlayer, as is phone.
Router problem?
