Could some PN staff member please check on the progress of the ticket no. 115229681 that I raised on 27th November? I have no idea what I am supposed to do now. I thought I was told to wait for a Bt engineer to call but I haven't received any calls (and yes the line is working). I have tried calling PN but there is a one hour queue
I have held on several times and I am not prepared to do it again. Plusnet service it horrendous!!!
