Hi
My switch to Plusnet was meant to go live today - my old ISP switched me off yesterday evening (and swore that was correct), but I've been patiently waiting today in any case. I've reset and reboot my router just now, but the Internet light is still flashing (Broadband light is solid)
I think maybe just the authentication needs to be activated? Any chance this could be done as soon as possible by some kind soul?
