Please can my Profile be nudged up

Hi guys
Pleae can  my PN profile be given a manual nudge up. BT Speedtester indicates their profile is at 1.89Mbps, but I am only getting around 1Mbps DL speed.

If the BT profile doesn't match the one here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed then as it's the weekend I'd give them a call as the digital care team aren't likely to be on until Monday.
