Please can my PN Profile be Nudged up?

I have just rebooted my router and now synced at 2.08Mps. BT profile is now 1.83Mbps according to BT Speedchecker.
Please can my PN profile be adjusted upwards? As my D/L speeds are still awful.......
Sorry to keep asking but my PN never seems to adjust upwards on it's own?

We should receive a report every time that you have a new sync event. Unfortunately this isn't happening all the time. There are several threads on this.
I am currently collating all the examples together so we can take this further, sadly this takes some time to troll through the evidence collated, it's not as straight forward as it seems that it either updates or it doesn't.
Anyway, hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel that I can see, once I've got an update on this I will inform you and everyone else.
