Please Reduce the Noise Margins on my Account

I recently had a fault on my line was found to be due to a hardware fault on the DSLAM. Now that the fault has been fixed I had assumed that the noise margins would have been reset to the original levels. However, the noise margins are still set high 17.4db/8.5db resulting in significantly slower upload speeds and slightly slower download speeds than achieved previously. Please can you reduce the noise margins to the levels set prior to the hardware fault to allow the previous speeds to be achieved?
