How is the connection looking at Plusnet's end. It is okay here, but the internet just stopped at 10PM last night for about 5 minutes.

Hi there,
Can't see that specific drop though there are one or two others shown on our connection logs - certainly nothing to worry about though. Is everything plugged into the line at your premises there done so through a microfilter? If not that might be the cause of it, or if you use wireless rather than wired connections between your computers and your router that might have dropped for a short while?

Hello again,
I used to be able to get an upstream sync of about 1000Kbps on my previous provider but now I seem to be limited to 888Kbps. Is it possible to get the same upstream as before?

Looks like that is because your upstream is interleaved, most likely as a result of this:

Not sure if that's manual reboots or if the line's getting worse but it's definitely worth keeping an eye on. If it settles the upstream should sort itself out.

Hello,
We have been doing some extension re-wiring recently (removing the master socket, etc.) which probably explains those disconnects. I am more concerned about the errors that seem to be very high, especially when it gets dark. Is there anything that can be done about this.

The only way we could make a suggestion about that is if those errors went hand in hand with the symptoms of a fault that we'd be able to log with our suppliers.

Hello,
DLM seems to have decreased the target SNRM to 3dB. Could this please be put back to 6dB and kept there?

That's been done for you, it will take effect from tomorrow where it will not change.
