Ping High and Upload Speed Low

Hello,
Had fibre unlimited installed yesterday, can't complain about the download speeds though.

Although, ping seems to high, I was getting less than that on normal broadband, and upload speed is low, should be getting a lot closer to 20mbps as told by the openreach engineer and BTW Diagnostics.

I don't think your upload speed is that low to be honest, but the ping seems a little high.

It may just be me being greedy, but the Openreach engineer did a speed test and stuff and got 19.7 and then I did one got the same, but now its dropped

The upload speed and Ping results are really good in my opinion pal

Don't forget you just had it installed so you will be going through the 10 day training period.

Looks like it is still training as we don't have a profile showing on BTs side yet, shouldn't be long though.

There is no 10 training period on Fibre, it's a myth but I had Fibre installed last Friday and for the first 4 days, speeds would drop from 73 Mbps to 51 Mbps at night, it has since stopped doing that and settled down, although my connection has been up since it was installed, no disconnections at all, so it was strange.

You could see if the router is the issue by connecting a computer/laptop to your BTWholesale modem and connecting via PPPoE connection (see below)

If there is still a fault I'm sure Plusnet will look into this after the 10 day training period.
