I'm a new customer for broadband and phone and somehow Plus Net have screwed up communication with BT. BT have cut me off on 31st March and the same day I receive an email from Plusnet saying they will transfer my phone service in ten days!! A bloody poor start to a new relationship.... I phone PlusNet to be told it will be 19 days and I explain my wife's parents are both bed-ridden and phone us twice a day. They say it is BT's fault. I ring BT and they say it is PlusNet's fault. I register a complaint/question on my 'Questions' area, receive an automated acknowledgement and bugg** all else. Is this a taste of the customer service I can expect?
