Phone active but no broadband

Hi, I've recently moved house, and was given today's date for going live at my new property. I called this afternoon and was told that there was a hold on the move due to an issue with the broadband, no capacity at the exchange, which would be reviewed on the 5th of May..

I was also told that the phone wouldn't start without the broadband, however the phone line is now active, but the broadband isn't yet.

Any suggestions?

Hi there @dogmod first of all a warm welcome to the community forums.


I am sorry to hear of the delay with providing your broadband service to your new address. I have checked for an update and I can see our suppliers have advised us they are trying to resolve this for you asap.


It's possible that the order may complete before the review date, but our provisioning team will aim to be in touch within 48 hours of the 5th if your order remains delayed. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
