Phone Rings - Internet Disconnects

Phone Rings - Internet Disconnects
I was on the internet browsing and the phone rings, the internet disconnects. You can either use one or the other. I've changed ADSL filter and nothing works. How can I fix this?  Angry

Hi Shiobi,
Sorry to hear of the problems you're experiencing. If you've tried an alternative microfilter, it's very likely to be a Splitter Card issue at your Local Exchange.
Can you please complete the Fault Checker at http://faults.plus.net and we can get an engineer to head over to your Local Exchange to get that sorted out for you?

Thanks for getting back in touch! You wouldn't have to pay for an engineers visit as it's an external visit that is required. The engineer will visit your exchange and resolve the issue there.
