Hi,
Probably the same question thats been posted a million times. Phone line is working after home move. This was activated yesterday. The broadband doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone look into it for me?

Hi there,
We're unable to access accounts at the moment (expecting that to change soon) have we given you a date for broadband being reconnected? I ask as that can happen separately to the line being turned on.

The date for phone and broadband to be installed was 1st December but that was delayed and phone was done yesterday at 12pm.. Its just the broadband isn't working at all.

Its all plugged in.. but the Mac isn't showing the Ethernet connected like it is here (attached) must mean theres no signal coming from modem. Surely it just needs activating from Plusnet end?
