Peer To Peer Downloading & Usenet

Have just signed up for usenetserver and its crusing at a cool 15kb. just google plusnet and usenet and got a host of throttling subjects on previous posts, so plus net dont let you do it then ?
also peer to peer is also very slow., i have been on the manage my usage and £5 for 5gb is laughable, i think its time i went back to 02 where none of this existed, 750kb a second on peer to peer anytime during the day and usenet 800kb, boom!

You can use USENET and P2P on Plus net, when and by how much you are throttled depends on what package you are on.

Re: Peer To Peer Downloading & Usenet

If you want full speed on P2P and Usenet at all times you need to swap to Plusnet Pro.
I presume you did read the FAQs about the product before you signed up: https://www.plus.net/residential/faqs.shtml#faq12 ?
If you had you would have found yourself led to here: https://www.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/download_speeds.shtml#extraSpeeds
You are getting the speeds exactly as per the product specification.
