Peak Times/Off Peak Times

Hey,
First time poster on this forum so here goes.
What do plus.net regard as Off Peak time?

Hi there,
On your product, there isn't really an off-peak time frame, as there are no limits in the amount you can download.
However, on our usage based products, off peak is from midnight until 8am.

What James forgot to say is that temporarily - due to change soon?  the unlimited usuage figures are confusing

Yes, there is an internal problem open to get this fixed (ref:55870). Last I heard we had a fix but were yet to test it on our staging platform.

Now I'm confused.
What product are we talking about?
What is "temporary"?
What is the "fix" for?

On the Unlimited product all usage shows as peak, this is going to be changed to split between peak and off peak (12-8) in line with all the other products.

Thats what I was going to ask next.
All of my off-peak is shown as peak as I'm close to the 30gb even though I'm mostly doing all the heavy bandwidth stuff after 0:00
Any idea how long the fix is gonna take?

What 30GB? On Unlimited there are no limits so unless you are thinking of changing product it doesn't really matter that it's all shown as peak.

me thinks a PN need a big red halgoen sign on the unlimited product info on the sign up jorney saying NO FUP'S HERE
EDIT.
in fact just had a quick flick around the main website to see what info the new customers see and i couldnt see any thing about there being no fup's here. just abit about the traffic managment.
it may be there some where but the couple of mins i spent clicking where new customers would end up didnt have any thing that stood out
