PcPro Article - Broadband satisfaction continues to slide

Anybody else read this ?  Can't seem to find the survey on YouGov...

PlusNet, the ISP which was recently bought out by BT, came out top of the satisfaction ranking. It wasn't all good for BT, however: its own braoadband service was voted worst value for money, alongside Orange.

Hi Liam, Just read the article, what a turn around last year I would have rated plus.net as one of the poor ISP's!  Grin
