Howdy folks, quick one - If I contact Customer service, do they have any plans in place for a payment deferment/change, for instance moving a payment due/overdue onto next months bill so it's simply double?
I Need to call when I finally get time from work and would rather not sit in a queue dancing to the wait music for however long, lol.
