Remember to sent the letter 2nd class...a bit like our service...slow and takes a while to get there  Grin

Plusnet certainly is a slow service. The only difference is the letter will eventually get there second class. Whereas this plusnet service will never get there!

Well according to your support team my service is running normally, with an IP profile of 2500??...I don't think so. Thanks for your help JoJo but I can see now that this problem will never ever get fixed as there as so many other customers in the same boat.

Hi there,
I can see the ticket has been updated for you, and the profile has been reset. I'd recommend disconnecting via the router's interface before powercycling as that way it won't be seen as a forced disconnect by the exchange equipment, but you should notice an improvement once resynced and connected.

Hope you haven't been holding your breath for this fix to work. We were all promised that after a profile reset today we would be back to normal.
Well guess what .........................  surprise surprise .................... the consistency fail is still there.
That was plusnets fourth attempt for me.
My ticket will have been open six weeks this monday.
Any bets on when or if plusnet will ever fix our profile speeds?  Roll_eyes

Speeds went back to normal for a wee while then tonight.....

Dont worry about trying to fix it, I'm leaving!!!!
