Are the profiles similarly better if your are using ADSL2 on 21CN?

Yes, on 21CN you now get 88.2% of the sync as the profile rather than the fixed IP profile rates on 20CN.

Re: Part of a secret Plusnet trial!!

Just checked again and still the same. I've just asked one of my colleagues and they say it can take up to 24 hours to show on their systems.

Re: Part of a secret Plusnet trial!!

Thanks again for trying. Hopefully will be clear tomorrow and can get on with retentions / mac. You can't underestimate the desire from 3 teenage kids to get an Internet speed faster than 1mb.

Re: Part of a secret Plusnet trial!!

Hi centralsimon,
looks like the cancellation is stuck. We've done something to try to resolve that but won't know until the morning . If it's still stuck I'll get on to them to get it sorted.
Sorry.

Hi, I've just called them for an update and they say it's still not done. I'll keep chasing.

Re: Part of a secret Plusnet trial!!

@centralsimon - just a question to satisfy my curiosity - how do your kids download 160GB per month on a 1Mb connection?? I worked out that comes to ~ 15 days continuous at full rate d/l ,which I can't believe you achieve?

Re: Part of a secret Plusnet trial!!

HI centralsimon,
I've been chasing this all morning and have had to escalate it. They've closed off the cancellation but the order is still in the committed state and is not due to complete until the 24th, so we can't leave it like that. Unfortunately, at the moment we're having to follow an escalation process but I've also got one of our senior managers chasing through his contacts.

Re: Part of a secret Plusnet trial!!

Please can you advise exactly when this will be resolved. I presume nothing will be done over the weekend. . Although I appreciate the updates the lack of progress is staggering.
