Panasonic Smart TV connection issues as of 10th March 2017

As of this am, all 4 of my Panasonic Smart TVs will not connect to the internet.  I have looked at some of the older posts re this, but wondered if anyone else is now having this problem.

The TVs connect to the router, but can connect to the Internet,  Error Code (006) on the TV.

 

Plusnet, have asked me to contact Panasonic.   I will do,  but I have checked and they have not had a s/w update.  They wont connect on 2.4ghz or 5ghz. 

I have also connected via the Neighbours WiFi and they work fine on BT Broadband. So this is now specific to Plusnet and its all 4 TVs.   

 

All other devices work fine.

Does anyone else have this issue as Plusnet are not being as helpful as I would have liked here in all honesty.

Same problem, same error since earlier today. I've tried all sorts to resolve including a factory re-set on the TV but didn't help. I'm new to Plusnet so still have an active connection from my previous broadband provider which allowed me to switch to that network - all up and running again as before. This has to be a problem with Plusnet

Same thing since first thing this morning, Tried resetting router, inputing the settings manually not just auto, tried 2.4 and 5 ghz but get same 006 error code on tv, We have tried our kindle stick on the tv and that is connecting. Don't know if it is connected but had an issue with VMware on all 3 computers not connecting last week and had to do a factory reset on router to get it working.

Same thing happened to me sometime today, whats going on, anyone got any ideas ??

I wonder if this could be Geolocation related?

What does Geoip & IP Location finder return for your locations? 

I must have been really bad in a previous life as this was my 3rd ISP in a row that used lithium.

Yes, we have had the same problem all day today and still have it.  The television is showing that it is connected to the router but the router is not connected to the internet although it is showing a blue light!  Also everything else is working fine.  It's just the television.  I must say, we don't find Plusnet too helpful either!  Have you managed to sort it; we have tried everything we can!

Just got off the phone with both Panasonic and Plusnet.

Panasonic say they have not sent any updates this week for the TV.

When Panasonic said they had not sent any updates i checked the TV on my nabours Wi-Fi (BT) and it works fine. 

Internet. Amazon the apps store the lot all worked fine. so it has to be Plusnet.

Pulse net say they are aware of the problem and are looking into it! But have not got a fix yet!

Hope they can sort it for tomorrow plyed to watch a film on Amazon only got 24hours till it runs out.

Just tried it again and all seems fine; everything is working!  Yeah!  Lets hope it lasts!

Seems this issue has now been resolved as mine works fine again this morning.

All up and running now.
first time in five years we have an issue with plusnet.
And that was sorted in 24hours or less.
