Painfully slow internet

 

For several weeks now I have been having extremely slow internet - so much so that I don't receive emails and can't download anything, or use the www.  My son helped me run a speed test yesterday - the results were download speed 0mbps (!), upload 0.21mbs, and a ping rate of 293Ms.

Plusnet - please can you advise/check if there's a fault? Thank you.

Hi @hartleykeys,

Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing. Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online at faults.plus.net.
