Hello Plusnet forums.
For the past few days I've been having problems with my internet such as download speeds being as slow as 50kb/s when it should be between 12-17 mb/s. Also I'm having huge ping spikes in games, most of the time the ping goes from below 40 to above 300.
Anything you can do to help me?
Thanks in advance.

Also the current line speed from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
However I suspect that the problem is the very high error rate

Hi there, while there's been a few drops seen your speeds haven't reduced much (showing at 13400 at the moment) so unless you're still seeing a lot of errors I'd say things are looking alright?
If not we'd need a fault to be raised before anything can be done, you can do that at http://faults.plus.net
