Packet loss to some destinations

Hi,

All day I've been struggling to visit a number of website; traceroute shows the following:

traceroute www.funkyphotobox.co.uk
traceroute to www.funkyphotobox.co.uk (95.142.152.194), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets
1 dsldevice (192.168.1.254) 14.104 ms 1.779 ms 2.030 ms
2 lo0-central10.ptn-ag04.plus.net (195.166.128.193) 14.126 ms 14.037 ms 13.147 ms
3 link-a-central10.ptn-gw01.plus.net (212.159.2.140) 13.506 ms 19.182 ms 13.556 ms
4 xe-8-2-0.ptw-cr01.plus.net (212.159.0.116) 14.093 ms 14.062 ms 13.463 ms
5 * * *
6 * * *
7 * * *

and so on, indefinitely. Looks like a routing problem to me; anyone else getting the same?

BBC is also seemingly affected, and www.courier.co.uk - amongst others.

Other websites are completely fine.

Thanks,

Joe

Re: Packet loss to some destinations

I've just quickly logged into my work email and it looks like there's an open incident at the moment that could be related (ref: 91778). You may have some joy after a disconnect/reconnect if you want to give that a go.

To pre-emt the inevitable question: I'm not sure why it hasn't made its way to our service status pages yet Wink
