Packet loss since most recent outage

Hi All,
if you look at the image in my sig you can see I'm suffering from persistent minor packet loss. I have 3 ping graphs from 3 different locations and 2 of them are showing this packet loss.
My HG612 stats are the same as the pre outage state, and errors are very low. It doesn't seem to matter what gateway I'm on for this packet loss.
Any ideas?
