Packet loss in evenings, 21CN ADSL

I can see other users affected and added this to our exchange tracker page and got a common fault case raised with BTW to investigate.

This is our quality graph for your exchange, lots of packet loss showing, I'm guessing Friday evening last week was probably the worst day of the week.

Pete, what's it looking like at the moment? Nothing found on the BT network at the moment so wondering what you're seeing at the moment before I send the fault back to them,

Pete, BT are doing some testing tonight, they may need to lower your line speed temporarily as part of the test to try and determine the cause. I've sent them your TBB graph and a link to this thread so if you see anything tonight please post.

Did not see anything happen last night, packet loss still much the same.

Packet loss seems to have stopped at approx 18:45 Tuesday 11 Feb 2014. 
Will post another TBB ping graph in the morning.

Excellent! That's good news, I'll check to see what they did to fix it, I know they were monitoring your line as I sent over your TBB graph.

Would be nice to know what the solution to the problem was.
Whatever was done also cleared the packet loss problem on my neighbour's line.

Our quality graph is looking better too, you can see a clear change in the shape in the packet loss between Monday and Tuesday night.

Indication of very slight packet loss from time to time, ignoring the "blip" at 01:30, but nowhere near as bad as it was.
The problem has been resolved.
Just waiting to hear about the underlying cause.

I spoke to BT this morning and they moved you and the other affected users onto a different network route out of the exchange, I'm not sure if the old link was faulty or congested, they suspected a fault as it wasn't reaching capacity.
